At Beckett Simonon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 60-day window for free exchanges or returns for store credit on all unworn products.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship Your Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for processing.
Final Inspection and Approval
Our team will inspect the returned goods upon arrival. Once verified, we will issue your store credit or begin crafting your exchange items immediately.
